Break into venture capital
Our 8-week program is designed to prepare participants for a successful role as an Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate at a Venture Capital firm. The program is designed to help equip candidates with the tools and community that they need to break into the venture capital industry.
Individuals who have 2–7 years of full-time work experience and are considering a career in venture capital.
We are partnering with incredible investors and organizations for our classes. You will learn the day to day of an investor, build on your skillset (modeling, evaluating, diligence), learn to source, how to identify great companies, how to build conviction, and of course, VC recruiting and how to stand out in the application process.
We are in search of hungry minds! Do you get excited about learning new things? Do you have a genuine interest in uncovering the truth among the unknowns? We want to see the kind of curiosity and enthusiasm that will allow you to dive into complex markets and develop a unique perspective on the world around you.
We want people who see opportunity where others see challenges. Have you ever looked at a problem and thought, “there must be a better way”? Are you thoughtful and thorough in your though process? We want to see the initiative with which you seek out opportunities and expand your perspective.
There is no substitute for integrity, determination, and resilience in the workplace. Do you go the extra mile for things you care about? Are you willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges, big or small? We want to see the energy and depth of commitment you bring to your endeavors, whether that means in your professional life, as part of a community organization, during a performance, or on an athletic field.
Do you trust your intuition when making decisions? Are you naturally kind and empathetic? Is creativity a core part of your working style? We want to see how you use your perspective to drive decision-making. We want to see how you share your ideas and accept the ideas of others.

This program is designed particularly for early career professionals. If you are a student or mid-career professional, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter where we post all things programs and job opportunities.
The program is 8-weeks long. Sessions will be held weekly and will be scheduled based on the availability of the class.
At the moment our program is limited to U.S. based participants. In the future, we hope to be able to serve VC communities in more countries.
Our sessions will be 100% remote. This gives you the flexibility to be a part of our community regardless of where in the U.S. you live.
No, we aim to make venture capital as accessible as possible. The program is free for you. We invest time, energy, and resources into making our program great and ask that you commit to giving the program your 100%.
