Monica is the Founder and Managing Director of Function, a community of early stage technology investors in Miami. Function has invested over $1M since its founding in 2020 into 3 portfolio companies, including Kushki, Leapfin, and Citadel ID.
Prior to launching Function, Monica held investing roles at industry-leading organizations, including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Providence Equity Partners. A Miami native, she received her Bachelor of Science from MIT and her MBA and Master of Education from Stanford University.
