Santiago joined Picus Americas as Partner and Head of Latin America in 2022, and is currently based in New York. Prior to joining Picus, Santiago was Vice President on the Firmwide Management team at D.E. Shaw & Co. and led Strategy & Business Operations at music creator start-up Splice. Previously, he was part of the Strategy & Analysis team at Spotify. Santiago started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he worked in the M&A Group, the Office of the Chairman as Chief of Staff to the President & COO, and the Emerging Markets Investment Banking Group with a focus on Latin America. Santiago holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Economics from Harvard College.
